How do I place an order with Victoria Fashion London?

Placing an order with us is very easy. Once you have made your selection and know which products you wish to order, you can add them to your shopping basket by clicking the Order button.

Once you have clicked the order button, you will see in the top right hand corner of the screen that the product has been added to your shopping basket. You can then open the shopping basket and complete your order by following the steps in the ordering process.

When will I receive my order at home?
The average order processing time is 1-3 working days. Delivery time is 5-9 working days. At

I received an error message during the order process, what should I do?
Oh .... Of course, this is not intentional. An error message can have many different causes. We recommend that you check the contact page to find out what is going on.

I have placed an order but I haven't received confirmation yet, what now?
This can be due to several reasons. Have you already checked your spam folder? If you can't find the confirmation in your email, we suggest you check the contact page or email us at fashionvictorialondon@gmail.com.

I have placed an order, can I change it?
As soon as the order is placed, it is immediately transferred to our order process. This means that the order is immediately prepared for dispatch, but unfortunately it is not always possible to change it. If your order has not yet been shipped, we can still adjust it.

I have changed my mind, can I cancel my order?
Once your order has been placed, it is immediately prepared for you. Unfortunately, it is not possible to cancel an order that has already been placed. We therefore recommend that you return the ordered products within 14 days from the date of receipt.

Once we have received the products back, you will be refunded the amount of your purchase within 3 working days.

When will I receive my order?

The average delivery time is 1 to 3 working days for order processing and 5 to 9 working days for delivery after processing. We strive to deliver your order within the estimated delivery time. I'm not at home during the delivery, what now?

If you are unable to deliver your order, it will be delivered to your neighbours. If this is not possible, a card will be left in your letterbox. This card can be used to arrange a new delivery date. If no appointment is made, the products concerned will be returned to the supplier. So be specific and arrange a new delivery date as soon as you receive this card.

I received the wrong item, now what?
It may happen that you accidentally receive the wrong item or an item of the wrong size or colour. In this case, we recommend that you use the contact form. If the incorrect item has been received and processed, the purchase amount will be refunded to your account within 3 working days.

I am not satisfied, what now?
If the purchase at

Victoria Fashion London does not meet your needs, you can return it to us. We will, of course, refund the purchase amount. Refunds are offered using the original payment method within 3 working days. Items must be unused for a refund to be accepted. Return shipping costs will not be refunded.

My product is broken, now what?
Send us a message via the contact form with a photo of the broken item. We will send you a free replacement product as soon as possible.
