RETURNS POLICY

RIGHT OF CANCELLATION, REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY.

1. cancellation and exchange

1.1 Once you have placed an order through our website, you may cancel or change it by emailing us.

1.2 Once an order has been packed, it cannot be cancelled or exchanged and the order must be returned to us in accordance with clause 10 below. As our products are shipped from Asia, longer transit times may occur over which we have no control. If the products are already on their way, it is not possible to cancel them. Please wait until you receive the goods and return them to us. You can, of course, inform us of your cancellation in advance. In order to guarantee the fastest possible return, we ask you to send us a shipping confirmation.

1.3 Since we work with a fully automated system, orders are started immediately after dispatch. Unfortunately, we cannot interrupt the shipping process before delivery, so returns before receipt of the goods are only possible up to 24 hours after placing the order.

2. 2. Returns and refunds
2.1 Our returns policy forms part of these terms and conditions under which you access and use our website.

2.2 If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you can send us an email specifying the product you wish to return and return it to us. The withdrawal period is 30 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, has taken delivery or has taken possession of the last goods.

2.3 The shipping and return costs shall be borne by the customer.

2.4 The product must be received by us for the customer to be entitled to a refund. We will inspect the returned product on arrival.

2.5 You shall ensure that the Product is sent to us in the same condition in which it was received by you and that it is correctly packaged. The Product must be unused, the Product codes must not be tampered with and the Product must be in its original packaging. If a Product is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we reserve the right not to accept the Product back.

2.6 Our returns processing time will vary depending on your order.

2.7 If we are satisfied with the condition of the returned Product, we will send you an email authorising the return. The refund will be made promptly to the payment method used to place the order, once we have sent you the return authorisation notification.

2.8 The withdrawal is finalised when we receive the physical goods.

2.9 As our products are shipped from Asia, there may be longer transit times over which we have no control. If the products are already on their way, it is not possible to cancel the order. Please wait until you receive the products and return them to us. You can, of course, inform us of your cancellation in advance. In order to guarantee the fastest possible return, we ask you to send us a confirmation of the shipment.

3. Steps for cancellation
1. Request the cancellation form from our helpdesk and return it to us completed, signed and scanned.

Please only use a return method with a tracking number so that we can assign the return shipment. In this way you will inform us of the return in advance and the goods received can be clearly attributed to the correct order. This is the only way we can guarantee a prompt refund. Once the return shipment has been received, we will be informed of receipt and the refund can be made. Please use only one shipping method with a tracking number for the return shipment so that we can allocate the return shipment.

4. Warranty

We offer a 2 year warranty. If you believe your order is defective, we will refund you free of charge or send you a replacement product free of charge.
